Gemma Styles is a freelance journalist who has worked for different media outlets including U.K’s The Debrief, MTV U.K and Another Man Magazine, where she wrote about technology and millennials and aired her opinion on online dating and bad social media habits. She occasionally appeared on Matt Bellassai’s Buzzfeed show Whine About It.
Gemma has more than 4 million followers on Instagram thanks to her personality and her style, which is trendy and sophisticated with a side of fun. As if all this was not enough, she also launched the #GirlCrush movement in 2016 in partnership with Nobody’s Child. The aim of the movement is to get women to appreciate the substance of a person and not just their appearance stating that "a girl crush doesn’t have to be a perfect person but someone who has got talents, accepts herself and is unapologetic about who she is".
